What is JPC
JPC means Joint Parliamentary Committee. Its one type of ad hoc parliamentary Committees constituted by Indian Parliament.
One of its many objective is inquiry of specific subject. It will be constituted by either through a motion adopted by one House and concurred by the other, or, through communication between the presiding officers of the two Houses. Houses means Rajya Sabha or Lok Sabha.
The members in JPC are either elected by the Houses or nominated by the presiding officers. As in the case of other parliamentary committees, they are drawn from different groups. The strength of a JPC ( Joint Parliamentary Committee) may vary. The Lok Sabha share is double than that of the Rajya Sabha.
In JPC, The Public Accounts Committee of Parliament is supposed to conduct a detailed examination of the reports of the Comptroller and Auditor-General (CAG), scrutinising the yearly accounts of the Government.
Having 15 members f the Lok Sabha and seven members of the Rajya Sabha, the chairmanship of the PAC conventionally goes to a nominee of the main opposition party.
The PAC calls upon ministries to explain cases of financial irregularities.

The Perfect Wave
The Wave Rose and the Wave Fell!
This is the story the other waves now tell...
From the depth of the ocean to the vast expanse to the sky
The little Wave wanted to touch the sky
Out there in the blue wilderness
Colourful weeds swayed, the fins' slipped
The quest to explore
The 'dreamer' was high
Came the wind, the rain and the rocks beneath
The ships sailed and the surfers slid
Little Wave loved it all
The 'Perfect' Wave in itself had it all!
Yours truly

Non Violence
A question put to me by somebody:
i dont believe in non violence...what happened to all the peaceful people throughout history...mostly they were slaughtered. Look at the state of Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh, well these peaceful guys wont exist anymore.
Answer:
well well..maybe apparently true at some level
but if i rephrase it means u believe in violence. And by violence i hope u mean war and not the other kind of violence...
I am wondering about the violence which often breaks out in American schools...
Hitler is said to have committed suicide.
And i am sure i need not talk about Gandhiji and our freedom struggle
When you are totally non-violent (meaning even in the mind),violence just stops in your presence..It does, in case of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji's Presence. This has to be experienced. It cannot be comprehended intellectually/logically.
There has been wars in our two greatest of Epics too.Jesus too was crucified. He is worshipped for what he stood..Love
Guruji says WAR is Worst Act of Reason ! It should be the last resort.
Peace and some amount of disturbance will always continue to co-exist..it always has...You have to decide, you are on which side.
Hope Americans are not considering a war for economic purposes :)
May peace prevail in all minds, hearts and all communities of the world...
